Environment
Tetas has implemented the ISO 14001 environmental management system and annually ensures its compliance with applicable requirements. The company also seeks to hold its contractors and other partners accountable for their environmental impact and encourages them to reduce it. Tetas adheres to the precautionary principle – environmental impact assessments are carried out in accordance with legal requirements before implementing projects that may cause significant environmental or social impact.
In 2024, Tetas replaced all crew vehicles manufactured before 2016 with new models meeting the EURO 6 emissions standard. In 2025, the company plans to renew 35% of its passenger car fleet, replacing existing models with hybrid or mild-hybrid vehicles (which rely less on batteries than standard hybrids). By the end of 2026, the goal is to fully renew the passenger car fleet and approximately 30% of the crew vehicles, replacing them with lower-emission alternatives.
Since the end of 2022, the company’s administrative operations have been powered by electricity from renewable sources.
Tetas follows pollution prevention principles, aiming to reduce the amount of waste generated and ensure its safe and responsible management.
Social Responsibility
Tetas has implemented a transparent and accountable remuneration policy, designed to effectively manage Group-wide payroll expenses and create motivational incentives. The policy ensures that employee compensation is directly linked to the achievement of company-wide and individual goals.
The company’s occupational health and safety management system is certified in accordance with ISO 45001.
Governance
Corruption risk assessments are conducted annually, in line with the Group’s risk management policy and methodology. The implementation status of identified anti-corruption measures is reviewed quarterly. In 2025, risks were identified related to potential corruption violations and the employment of individuals not meeting legal requirements.
Anti-corruption education is a key element of Tetas’ compliance efforts and is carried out through various formats, including training by internal and external lecturers, and regular communication on relevant topics. In 2024, Tetas launched mandatory interactive anti-corruption training developed by EPSO-G, with all employees – including new hires – required to complete it from 2025. An employee survey on tolerance toward corruption was conducted in 2024, helping identify attitudes and areas for improvement in anti-corruption efforts.
The company operates a Trust Line at [email protected], allowing employees and other stakeholders to report potential violations or unethical behavior confidentially or anonymously without fear of retaliation. No reports were received via the Trust Line in 2024 or 2023. In 2025, Tetas plans to adopt the EPSO-G Group Code of Ethics to help ensure a sustainable supply chain.
