Tetas Board of Directors Finalised – Vytautas Lisauskas Becomes the Second Independent Member of the Board

On Tuesday, Vytautas Lisauskas was appointed as an independent member of the Board of Directors of the infrastructure development and maintenance company Tetas, thus finalising the five-member Board of Directors of Tetas. The four-year Board, which began its term of office in March, is also composed of an independent board member, Tomas Astrauskas, and three board members delegated by Tetas’ sole shareholder EPSO-G – Elida Drapienė, Ieva Kuode and Darius Kašauskas, who was elected Chairman of the Board last week.

The newly appointed independent member of the Board, V. Lisauskas, will be responsible for Contract Manufacturing Process Management. For the last four years, he worked for SBA Home, where he was Director of Production and Technical Supervision and a member of the Functional Board that manages SBA’s cabinet factories. Before that, he worked for seven years at IKEA Purchasing Services (Lithuania). The selection of the independent board member was organised by AIMS Lietuva.

T. Astrauskas, an independent member of the Board of Directors of Tetas, is responsible for the company’s business development area. “I. Kuodė, Head of Planning and Control of the EPSO-G Group, is in charge of Organisation Development and Operational Efficiency, while E. Drapienė, Head of the EPSO-G Group’s Project Portfolio, is in charge of Project Management and Operations. “D. Kašauskas, Head of Finance and Operational Planning at EPSO-G Group, is responsible for financial management and control at Tetas.

“Tetas is currently implementing the development of synchronisation projects with continental European grids, which are important for the country’s energy independence. The company was also one of the contractors used by EPSO-G to build a physical barrier on the border with Belarus.
