Tetas, the energy infrastructure development and maintenance company, has announced the selection of its CEO. It is expected to be appointed in June. “Tetas, a member of the EPSO-G group of companies, is currently implementing the development of synchronisation projects with continental European grids, which are important for the country’s energy independence. The company is also one of the contractors used by EPSO-G for the construction of the Physical Barrier on the border with Belarus.

The selection follows the resignation of Gediminas Mažeika, the former CEO of Tetas, on 8 April. Tomas Urmanavičius, who previously held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, is currently acting as the temporary CEO of the company.
