The company Tetas, part of the new energy group EPSO-G, is launching a public executive search. Applications are open until June 20.
The search follows the resignation of Ramūnas Papinigis from the position of CEO.
“For many years, Tetas has been actively contributing to strengthening Lithuania’s energy independence – from the synchronization with continental Europe’s power networks to the implementation of energy storage systems. The company is engaged in large-scale, strategically important projects that shape a sustainable future for the national energy sector. Today, as we seek to further strengthen our position in Lithuania, expand into foreign markets, and offer new services, we are looking for a leader capable of making decisions aligned with a long-term vision and leading Tetas into an even more ambitious stage of growth,” says Darius Kašauskas, Chairman of the Board of Tetas.
The candidate will be selected in a public competition following the highest standards of transparency and good governance practices. The EPSO-G Remuneration and Nomination Committee, composed of independent members, together with the professional international executive search firm AIMS International Lithuania, will support the Tetas Board in the selection process.
We invite you to review the job announcement.
Once the selection process and candidate screening—based on the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Objects Important to National Security and the Law on the Prevention of Corruption—are completed, the Tetas Board of Directors will make the final decision regarding the appointment.
