Selection to the Board of Tetas is announced

The energy transmission and exchange group EPSO-G has announced a selection process for the board of directors of the energy infrastructure development and maintenance company Tetas, which will consist of five members elected for a four-year term. The current five-member Board of Directors of Teto will expire in April 2023.

To ensure good governance practices and adequate shareholder representation, two independent and three parent company nominated board members will be selected.

Independent board members will be responsible for business development and digitisation and data management in the newly formed board. The parent company’s nominees will serve on the Board in the areas of financial management and control, project management and operations, and organisational development and operational efficiency.

Candidates are invited to apply by 2 January, and the selection of the independent members of the Board will be carried out through the executive search agency AIMS International Lietuva.

EPSO-G, which is currently implementing the development of synchronisation projects with continental European grids, which are important for the country’s energy independence. The company is also one of the contractors used by EPSO-G for the construction of the Physical Barrier on the border with Belarus.
