2016 m. 14 April The Energy Museum in Vilnius hosted a celebration of the Lithuanian Energy Workers’ Day, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, representatives of energy companies, representatives of the Lithuanian Electricity Energy Association (LEEA), and representatives of the companies belonging to the association. During the event, participants had the opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the Energy Museum. Later, LEEA President Vladas Paškevičius gave a welcoming speech, a presentation on Lithuanian energy was given, and awards were presented to the most distinguished energy professionals. The company has been a member of LEEA since 1 July 2015. G. Rudauskas and P. Pikturna, the most professional employees of UAB “Tetas”, participated in the ceremonial celebration of the Lithuanian Energy Workers’ Day and were nominated for appreciation.
Germantas Rudauskas, an engineer at the Northern Region Šiauliai Division of the Company’s Technology Department, is described by his colleagues as a very responsible, hard-working, independent decision-maker, always on time, performing assigned tasks with quality and precision, and consistently exceeding expectations employee. Rudauskas is well-liked by his colleagues and willing to share his experience and work skills. Germantas is an unrivalled specialist in gas and oil circuit breakers. During the reconstruction of 10-330 kV transformer substations, the employee makes an important contribution to the renewal and development of Lithuania’s energy transmission network. Germantas Rudauskas was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania Rokas Masiulis on the occasion of the Lithuanian Energy Day

Pranas Pikturna, Chief Engineer of the Northern Region Kelme Unit of the Electricity Network Division of the Company’s Technology Department, nominated for merit, is described by his colleagues as a responsible, hard-working, dedicated, demanding to himself and to others, well-liked and respected by his colleagues, who is constantly showing initiative, and who does not run out of suggestions. This worker has a humane personality: respectful of others, putting the needs of others before his own, and always considering the needs of a colleague or friend. A professional in overhead lines, cable lines and substations, the employee contributes productively to the improvement of the electricity distribution network with his ideas. Pranas Pikturna was awarded a certificate of appreciation by Vladas Paškevičius, President of the Lithuanian Electricity Association
