In 2017, to strengthen project and performance management competences. 15 November Mantas Gudas, Andrius Dagys and Žydrūnas Augutis were elected as new members of the Board of Directors of UAB TETAS at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of UAB.
Since 2017. 15 November The company’s board will be composed of five members:
- Mantas Gudas Independent Member of the Board, Managing Director of UAB Metalistas
- Andrius Dagys, Technical Director, Amber Grid AB;
- Žydrūnas Augutis, Head of Accounting, LITGRID AB;
- Mindaugas Vinkus, Head of Organisation Development at EPSO-G;
- Tomas Urmanavičius, and the head of financial control at EPSO-G.
The members of the Board will remain in office until 2019. 6 February
The Chairman of the Board will be elected at the next Board meeting of UAB Tetas.
The new Board members replace the previous members Darius Masionis and Lina Kapčinskienė.
