From 1 March. Ned Karklius, an independent member of the TETAS Board, has taken up his position as a member of the Innovation and Development Committee (IDC) of the EPSO-G Group.
The five-member Innovation and Development Committee (IDC) is made up of representatives of all EPSO-G Group companies, nominated by their independent board members, including Ned Karkle, an independent member of the TETAS Board. It is an advisory body to the EPSO-G Management Board on issues related to innovation, development and the promotion and implementation of efficiency. The Committee issues opinions, recommendations and proposals to the EPSO-G Board. Committee members are ambassadors for innovation, development and efficiency in the Group companies they represent.
“Having strategies, processes and tools is essential, but it is not enough to make progress. Innovation is the key to competitiveness and business development. It is only by fostering the right culture within an organisation that we can become leaders in our field. I am honoured to join the EPSO-G Innovation and Development Committee and to represent Tet,” says Ned Karklius.
The aim of the Group-wide Innovation and Development Committee is to focus more on innovation, on finding new activities for the Group and on operational efficiency, by leveraging and complementing the innovation competences of the Group’s different companies.
