K. Kirkutytė Will Lead the Organisation Development Department of Tetas

Kristina Kirkutytė assumed the position of Director of the Development Department at Tetas, a company specializing in the development and maintenance of energy infrastructure, starting from April 3rd. She will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the company’s personnel and administration, IT and digitalization, communication, and process management functions.

“Kristina is well-versed in the internal processes of the company and knows the people. Her kindness and enthusiasm are contagious to colleagues, so I believe that Kristina will significantly contribute to the improvement of the Development Department’s activities and achieve high results. Tetas, together with the companies of the EPSO-G group, implements significant projects for the energy security of Lithuania, so it is extremely important to motivate colleagues to contribute with their input”, says Ramūnas Papinigis, CEO of Tetas.

I believe that in my role as Director of the Development Department, I will successfully continue the work started and, together with the team, make a significant contribution to important projects for energy independence,” says K. Kirkutytė.

Kristina Kirkutytė, who joined the Tetas team in October 2021, was previously responsible for quality and process management in the company, and since November 2023 has been serving as the head of the personnel and administration department. Before that, she worked at Okseta, where she held the position of project development manager.

The new Director of the Development Department at Kaunas University of Technology obtained her education in public administration and strategic leadership with a specialization in human resource management.

The energy infrastructure development and maintenance company Tetas is 100% owned by EPSO-G. The rights and obligations of the sole shareholder, EPSO-G, are exercised by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
