By decision of its sole shareholder, the new energy group EPSO-G has appointed Janina Kulikian as a member of the Board of Tetas, an energy infrastructure development and maintenance company. The newly appointed Board member also serves as Head of Project Implementation at EPSO-G Group.

Janina’s extensive project management experience and strategic perspective will strengthen the company’s ability to successfully implement both ongoing and new projects, especially as we expand our activities in the field of energy storage systems. I am confident that her expertise will make a significant contribution to achieving the company’s long-term goals and ensuring sustainable growth,” says Darius Kašauskas, Chair of the Board of Tetas.
On the Board of Tetas, Janina Kulikian will be responsible for the area of project management. She will serve until the end of the current Board’s term of office, on 21 March 2027.
The Board of Tetas consists of five members elected for a four-year term. In line with good governance practice and with the aim of ensuring balanced representation of the shareholder’s interests, the Board is composed of two independent members and three representatives delegated by the main shareholder, EPSO-G.
The Board of Tetas includes independent members Tomas Astrauskas and Vytautas Lisauskas, Dalia Andrulionienė, Head of Contracting Business Development at EPSO-G Group, and Janina Kulikian, Head of Project Implementation at EPSO-G Group. Darius Kašauskas, Chief Financial Officer of EPSO-G Group, serves as Chair of the Board.
Tetas, an energy infrastructure development and maintenance company, is wholly owned by EPSO-G.
The Group consists of the holding company EPSO-G and six directly controlled companies: Amber Grid, Baltpool, Energy cells, EPSO-G Invest, Litgrid and Tetas. EPSO-G and the Group companies also hold shares in Rheinmetall Defence Lietuva, Baltic RCC OÜ and TSO Holding AS. The rights and obligations of EPSO-G’s sole shareholder are exercised by the Ministry of Energy.
