LEAN is a way of managing an organisation that enables it to increase customer value and reduce operating costs. LEAN is currently being used by advanced manufacturing, service, healthcare and public sector organisations in many countries.
Since 2015. In July, our Company also started implementing LEAN. Meetings with a professional LEAN coordinator take place once a month. They not only learn theoretical knowledge, but also work on practical issues such as productivity improvement, the implementation of Office 5S, document processing in the purchasing department, etc.
