EPSO-G, the energy transmission and exchange group, has announced a vacancy for one independent member of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary Tetas, in the field of generation management competences. The selection follows an update of the competency matrix for the Board of Directors of Tetas, the energy infrastructure development and maintenance company, and the addition of competencies in the area of production management.
“Tetas will have a total of five members elected for a four-year term. In order to ensure good governance practices and proper shareholder representation, the Board will be composed of two independent members and three members nominated by the parent company EPSO-G.
The third round of the EPSO-G selection process, announced at the beginning of the year, is currently underway for the nominated members of the Management Board and one independent member. The current five-member Board of Directors of Tetas will expire in April 2023.
The selection of the independent member of the Board of Directors is carried out through the executive search agency AIMS International Lietuva.

“The EPSO-G group of companies consists of the management company EPSO-G, Amber Grid, Baltpool, Energy cells, Litgrid and Tetas, as well as indirectly controlled GET Baltic. “The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania exercises the rights and duties of the sole shareholder of EPSO-G.
