The energy transmission and exchange group EPSO-G has announced the selection process for a Board Member at Tetas, nominated by the company’s principal shareholder.
The Board of Tetas, a company specializing in energy infrastructure development and maintenance, consists of five members, elected for a four-year term. The current Board’s term will end on March 21, 2027.
To ensure good governance practices and proper shareholder representation, the Tetas Board comprises two independent members and three members nominated by the principal shareholder, EPSO-G.
Currently, the Board of Tetas includes independent members Tomas Astrauskas and Vytautas Lisauskas, as well as Elida Drapienė, Project Portfolio Manager at EPSO-G Group. Darius Kašauskas, CFO of EPSO-G Group, serves as Chairman of the Board.
The newly selected Board Member at Tetas will be responsible for organizational development and operational efficiency.

Tetas, an energy infrastructure development and maintenance company, is 100 % owned by EPSO-G. The rights and obligations of EPSO-G’s sole shareholder are exercised by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
