Darius Kašauskas, Head of Finance and Operational Planning of EPSO-G Group, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the energy infrastructure development and maintenance company Tetas on Thursday. The Board, which began its four-year term in March, also includes independent board member Tomas Astrauskas and two board members delegated by EPSO-G, the sole shareholder of Tetas, Elida Drapienė and Ieva Kuodė.
The selection of the fifth member of the Tetas Board is expected to be finalised in April.
“Tetas is a key player in projects to strengthen Lithuania’s energy independence. In the short term, we will focus on the implementation of these strategic projects, as well as on the construction and renovation of other energy facilities and the development of renewable energy projects. The company is one of the strongest energy infrastructure contractors in the market, and in the future it has the potential to establish itself in the markets of other countries as well,” said the new Chairman of the Board of Tetas, Darius Kašauskas.

Kašauskas, Head of Finance and Operational Planning at EPSO-G, joined the company in January this year and from 2013 to 2022 served as a member of the Board of Directors and Head of Finance and Treasury of Ignitis Group, as a member of the Board of Directors of Ignitis Group and of the Supervisory Boards of other companies in the field of energy, as well as as a member of the Supervisory Board and as a chairman of the Management Boards and the Supervisory Boards of companies in this field.
Tomas Astrauskas, an independent member of the Board of Directors of Tetas, is responsible for the company’s business development area. “Ieva Kuodė, Head of Planning and Control in the EPSO-G Group, is responsible for Organisation Development and Operational Efficiency, while Elida Drapienė, Head of the EPSO-G Group’s Project Portfolio, is responsible for Project Management and Operations. D. Kašauskas is responsible for financial management and control in the Board.
