Dalia Andrulionienė Appointed to the Management Board of Energy Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Company Tetas

By decision of the sole shareholder of the new energy company group EPSO-G, Dalia Andrulionienė has been appointed to the Management Board of the infrastructure development and maintenance company Tetas. In addition to this role, she also serves as Head of Contracting Business Development at the EPSO-G Group.

Within the Board of Tetas, Andrulionienė will be responsible for organizational development and operational efficiency.

“Dalia’s extensive experience in organizational development and operational efficiency is especially valuable at a time when we are working to strengthen the Group’s market position in Lithuania, expand internationally, and introduce new services. I am confident that her expertise and strategic vision will make a significant contribution to the implementation of ‘Tetas’ long-term goals and continued growth,” said Darius Kašauskas, Chairman of the Board of Tetas.

The Management Board of “Tetas” consists of five members, each appointed for a four-year term. The current Board’s term will end on March 21, 2027 .

To ensure sound governance practices and appropriate shareholder representation, the Board of Tetas includes two independent members and three members nominated by the majority shareholder EPSO-G.

Currently, the Board comprises independent members Tomas Astrauskas and Vytautas Lisauskas; Elida Drapienė, Head of Project Portfolio at EPSO-G; Dalia Andrulionienė, Head of Contracting Business Development at EPSO-G; and Darius Kašauskas, Chief Financial Officer of EPSO-G, who serves as Chairman of the Board.

EPSO-G owns 100% of the shares in “Tetas.” The Group consists of the management company EPSO-G and six directly owned subsidiaries: Amber Grid, Baltpool, Energy cells, EPSO-G Invest, Litgrid, and Tetas. EPSO-G and its companies also hold shares in GET Baltic, Rheinmetall Defence Lithuania, Baltic RCC OÜ, and TSO Holding AS. The rights and duties of the sole shareholder of EPSO-G are carried out by the Ministry of Energy.
