Last week saw the first meeting of our new Board of Directors. It elects Mantas Gudas, an independent member of the Board and Managing Director of the metalworking company Metalistas, as Chairman of the Board for a second term of four years. He is also President of the Panevėžys Region Industrialists Association.
Two new members have joined the new Board of the Company – Vaineta Barevičiūtė-Kryževičienė, an independent member, a lawyer with many years of experience in managing internal control and business management departments in a large multinational company operating in the financial sector, and Vitalijus Baranskas, Technical Manager of EPSO-G, nominated by the parent company Litgrid, who was formerly a member of the Litgrid Power Link Service Board. Tomas Urmanavičius, Head of Financial Control at EPSO-G, and Mindaugas Vinkus, Head of Organisation Development, continue their work at the Board.
